Michael J. Fox doesn’t “have time” to feel sorry for himself. The 61-year-old actor was told he had Parkinson’s disease in 1991 and went public with his diagnosis seven years later and he’s determined to “do the best” he can to raise awareness of the condition, which is caused by the loss of nerve cells in the brain and causes symptoms including tremors and stiffness.
