Britain’s King Charles III is planning to visit France and Germany at the end of the month on his first trip abroad as the new monarch. German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier and his wife Elke B├╝denbender will welcome the king and his wife, Queen Consort Camilla, at the start of his visit to the country on March 29, the president’s office said on Friday.
